This argument is complete horseshit, yes, RNG is necessary to keep the game fresh, but being unable to play the game properly and not having any chances of victory since the start of the game due to a shitty guild is anything but fun. The question is not whether changes are necessary, but what changes should be made so that people are happy with the result.
