I had 4 ent dwells and they helped me in clearing hives,cons and utopias. I cleared 5 utopia, and build lvl5 mage guild at tower and i got fly at town portal after rebuilding, then Georg started capture my towns so i went to his area to take his castle town. He attacked with Grindan and left all the artifacts at him, and i killed Grindan. This is why i could win. If Georg does not forget he wins.
